Commercial Manager and Junior IT & QA Service Desk Support

Commercial Manager

If you’re commercially competent, we have an exciting Commercial Manager role, in which you’ll support the #eComWay and our high value client base, to deliver solutions that have International reach.

You will have the autonomy to develop and lead a diverse team structure, actively enjoy building capability and encourage ownership within the team. You’ll have a natural ability to marry big business thinking with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.

Junior IT & QA Service Desk Support

If providing high-quality technical helpdesk service and quality assured product and service information is something that appeals to you, our junior IT & QA Desk Support role could be for you. Reporting to the Support Team Lead, you’ll play a key part in recording and reporting of issues and resolutions for all product and service problems for both clients and staff. A large focus on proactive customer service is required for this role, with a keen aim for quick response and resolutions.

Characteristics: Essential

  • Capable of taking initiative: making recommendations on the best approach
  • Strong communication skills: capable of explaining the rationale of decisions to clients, communicating progress and updates to clients, colleagues and technical team members
  • Administrative IT capabilities in a range of Windows AD, IIS, MS Office applications.
  • Willing to learn new technologies such as cloud server infrastructure, website deployments, VR environments.
  • Proactive Customer Service focus
  • Excellent problem solver who can think around the issues
  • Degree in an IT-related subject or HND plus experience.
