If providing high-quality technical helpdesk service and quality assured product and service information is something that appeals to you, our junior IT & QA Desk Support role could be for you. Reporting to the Support Team Lead, you’ll play a key part in recording and reporting of issues and resolutions for all product and service problems for both clients and staff. A large focus on proactive customer service is required for this role, with a keen aim for quick response and resolutions.
