Both of these clients are looking to digitally transform their learning and development offering and our consultancy work will help them identify how best to achieve this.
In both contracts, our Learning Technology Consultants will be working closely with those currently involved in devising, designing and delivering learning in the two organisations. We’ll be looking at current learning and development activity, attitudes to change and levels of digital confidence, to understand how best to integrate digital learning in each business.
We’ll also be working with the senior management teams in both cases, to make sure that learning and development objectives are in alignment with their overall business strategy.
Commenting on the recent new business wins, Shona Smart, eCom’s Learning Technology Consultant said “It’s wonderful to be working with these two forward-looking organisations, who have truly recognised the enormous potential that digital learning can bring. We’ve helped many clients develop their digital learning strategy and implement learning transformation projects over the years and will put that experience to good use in helping these organisations to really engage their workforce.”
