This will provide extensive support for Mencap’s onboarding and induction programmes as well as the delivery of a wide range of training across the organisation.
eCom’s learning technologies will help Mencap distribute eLearning content to their 8,500 strong workforce via our cloud-based, mobile-first, learning management system, eNetLearn.
This digital solution will give Mencap the full picture of learning across their organisation and will also be used to demonstrate how their UK-wide compliance obligations are being met.
Initial feedback, from the user testing phase, has been very positive, demonstrating that eCom have a good, in-depth understanding of Mencap’s requirements.
Commenting on the project, which will be delivered early 2019, eCom Managing Director, Wendy Edie, said “We’re delighted to be playing our part in helping Mencap upskill their workforce in an efficient, cost-effective way. It’s great to be using our experience of implementing digital learning in the third sector, to support this great cause.”
Digital Learning Manager at Mencap, Matthew Perkins, said “It’s great to be working with an organisation like eCom who really understand what we’re about and can help us benefit from successfully bringing our learning into the digital era.”
