Our digital solution will facilitate delivery of eLearning content to train elite-level athletes and coaches as well as help the client support national governing bodies. It will also enable information to be distributed to a network of national trainers, educators and other interested parties.
eCom’s powerful, cloud-based, learning management system (LMS), eNetLearn, is the core of the solution and will provide access to the training materials/relevant information from any location with internet access, at any time, on the user’s choice of device. This enables our client’s education team to communicate effectively with each of their target audiences.
The client also wanted the digital solution to support a framework, with the aim of increasing awareness, as well as boosting athlete and public confidence.
We were happy to add this capability to eNetLearn, to enable several users from each national governing body to answer questions and upload supporting evidence. Our client can then review and approve the evidence submitted and run comprehensive reports for compliance purposes. Commenting on the project, eCom’s Learning Technology Consultant, Emma Dickson, said:
“We’re so pleased to have been awarded this exciting new project which will have a significant positive impact on sport in the UK. We’re excited that our strong track record in helping organisations with digital learning and compliance tracking solutions will enable us to successfully help our client realise their ambitions.”
