Online Training

The British Council engage with over 500 million people online every year. This new resource will help them reach international student recruitment agencies and councillors more effectively, so that these organisations can feel confident in recommending the UK as a study destination.

eCom are delighted to be chosen to help create a refreshed online training suite; bespoke online training training content and assessments, as well as providing a hassle-free hosting experience, using eNetLearn, our powerful, cloud-based Learning Management System.

Interactive and Engaging Content

This robust combination will enable learners, in any location with internet access, to complete the online training materials when it best suits them.

eCom’s in-house instructional design and graphic design team will ensure the content is interactive and engaging for all learners, is fully accessible and can be accessed on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. And once up and running, hardly any staff time will be needed to administer the system.

Brenda McMahon, British Council’s Director of International Education Services commented, “We were looking for an innovative digital learning solution to bring our Agent and Counsellor training suite to the digital world, and eCom has helped us do just that. From the initial stages, they instantly understood our brief and objectives and offered creative input throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work alongside eCom and we are excited to launch our new online training suite early next year”.

Commenting on the project, eCom Managing Director, Wendy Edie, said “It’s great to have been awarded this exciting project with the British Council, which will have a positive impact in the lives of so many people. We’re always happy to help clients reshape their content for maximum effect in the digital world and also help them deliver it in the most effective way, through our robust learning technology solutions.”
