We hosted a Breakfast Briefing for businesses who are expanding internationally, on Wednesday June 29th, at Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel.
The event was designed for organisations and individuals who are:
- Starting to export their products and services to new markets
- Looking to grow their business through franchising
- Concerned about the integrity of their brand across a distributed organisation
The event “Expand and Engage - Learning through technology can underpin business growth” showcased how organisations have successfully implemented workforce learning to grow and strengthen their business. Topics included eLearning authoring and delivery, compliance and competency management, reward and recognition.
Wendy Edie, eCom Scotland’s Managing Director said: “eCom has a proven track record on helping businesses to develop learning strategies to manage growth. This event is an opportunity for organisations to discuss their challenges with peers and for eCom to share insight on how businesses are using learning technologies to overcome these issues."
