The wide variety of educational software aligned with our endeavour to provide managers with enhanced people skills, clearly builds our capability with that of staff within eCom.

At our recent Investors in People accreditation, people confidently confirmed that the learning they are receiving is building their individual skills. They talked about the value of the time devoted to R and D on a Friday afternoon, and the Webinars as well as work on the Creative Cloud to name a few.
People mentioned how they are highly motivated and encouraged to take time to evaluate new solutions for customer’s products. There is also very good clarity around the advantages that consistent learning brings to both them and the business as a whole.
eCom help people to make decisions about their own learning. Boosting staff’s knowledge has always been a high priority for our business and we are more than happy to allocate time for our team to study during working hours.
Our company’s ethics have always been to motivate employees to study towards new certificates and we strongly believe we have an excellent support structure in place for them to accomplish this.
