Fife based eLearning company eCom Scotland, will create up to 20 new, highly skilled jobs by the end of 2014.
This growth in talent is being supported by a Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) Grant of £250,000, and has been realised through Learning and Development departments now relying more on the use of eLearning to build essential skills across their workforce. This rise is being seen across all sizes of organisations and, across both the public and private sector, as businesses come to rely more on the economic advantages that eLearning promises.
A unique opportunity has arisen to enable the current Head Office, based in Dickson Street, Dunfermline to be extended to create double the current floor space. Work will be completed by 1 July and the recruitment process is already well underway.
eCom Scotland’s Managing Director Wendy Edie comments:
“Fife provides a lot of local talent that we hope to tap into, and with two excellent FE Colleges on the doorstep there is also a constant stream of suitable graduates, therefore we are delighted to commit further to the area”
