eCom were approached in 2014 by a Global Specialty Chemicals Manufacturer who wanted to relaunch their leadership programme.
Previously training was carried out via classroom learning. Under eComs guidance, a blended learning approach was introduced.
Using the eNetEnterprise system, eCom developed a Community Of Practice online portal to work in conjunction with the face-to-face training. The solution housed a learning/networking forum, a blog area for sharing of content/ideas to encourage collaborative learning and a resources area for trainers to upload course content.
The company has realised many benefits from the system including being able to track and monitor engagement levels and report on participation.
